Fresh Spawns - New Additions
Ranked 5s begin June 26th, no restrictions, have your bronze friend lane bot with your challenger buddy.
Sahn-Uzal Mordekaiser returns to the sanctum and any skin used by the winners of MSI will be discounted for one week after its over.
New Champion Locke
New skins- High noon Locke and Akshan. Broken Covenant Shen, Aurora, and Jhin, with Jhin's sales proceeds going to MSI teams.
Epic Spawns – Big Changes
Dms can now be reported, if someone adds you and is toxic or a bot you can now report and block them.
ARAM: Mayhem received a hotfix and they removed 450 broken augments
Minor balance pass for ARAM: Mayhem and Arena
Locke is a new Guest of Honor in Arena, offering higher tier augments, that break into stat anvils after 2 losses.
Main Champion Changes
Buffed champions this patch are Aphelios, Draven, Kai'sa, Leblanc, Olaf, Poppy, Qiyana, Vex, and Zaahen.
Nerfed champions this patch are Bard, Brand, Cassiopeia, K'Sante, Rek'Sai, Rumble, Senna, and Sion.
No champions received adjustments this patch.
System & Item Changes
Doran's Helm has 2 less magic resist and armor, but 10 more health.
Imperial Mandate has had Blasting Wand removed from its build path, replaced with two Amp Tomes and then 50 gold to the combine cost. It now has 5 less ability power but gives 5 more ability haste to immobilizing abilities and applies 1% more vulnerable.
Last hit indicators are now active on normal draft games.
