Locke Reveal & New Skins Coming in Pandemonium Act II

New champion with a High Noon release skin and Akshan receiving one as well, then Broken Covenant skins for Aurora, Shen, and Jhin.

High Noon Locke. (Epic)

A fool strode into a burnt-out chapel looking for the only bounty hunter known to cross Hell's border. Drawing his "soul-savin' six-shooter," he demanded passage to claim a soul Hell had no right to keep. Reclining by the altar, Locke spun a molten nail between hell-blackened fingers and grinned. "No disrespect, friend, but what's dead, should stay dead."

High Noon Akshan. (Epic)

Behind the altar, the road to Hell yawns open. The grinnin' man says “what's dead should stay dead.” Maybe so, but Akshan didn't come here to ask permission. He came for passage, and nothin' will stop him: not the law, not death, and not some preachin' bounty hunter who claims to own the road. Akshan levels his gun at the grin and thumbs back the hammer.

I see this line getting a lot of hate, but I don't really feel it. I like the mix of victorian goth + 'art nouveau' aesthetics. I know we've got some similar skinlines already in the game, but this is one I would actually spend money on, and after spending over $3k on the game - that's a rare thing for me to say 😂 ~ Matt

Aurora is the Order's masterful High Seamstress. With her caring nature, she is not one for violence, and instead finds greater enjoyment from mending clothes. Through her skillful hand, it was she who discovered the power their holy cloth could gain when woven with Aspira. Thanks to Aurora, the Order now returns to the world worthy of its purpose.

Middle. Broken Covenant Shen. (Epic)

For years, the Order of Umbrafil was believed lost to the endless war. In truth, Shen had led its surviving numbers underground to rebuild. Now the world has reached a new equilibrium, and Shen views it as his sacred duty to unbalance it. With the Order's renewed strength, he risks inciting greater chaos to save what may be forever lost.

Right. Broken Covenant Jhin. (Epic)

Even among the most devout Umbrafil members, Jhin's zealotry is egregious. To him, the world's beauty has been desecrated, and through works of violence and terrible beauty, he carries out his holy mandate. If the corrupted inhabitants of this world want to continue living in it, they must offer themselves as vessels for Jhin's masterpiece.
