ARAM: Mayhem balance pass and bugfixes
DROPKICK NERFED (we will see if with tank engine its still a massive issue, if so then it needs to go the way of Twisted Treeline)
Main Champion Changes
Buffed champions this patch are Corki, Mordekaiser, Nami, and Yunara.
Nerfed champions this patch are Garen, Jayce, Locke, Senna, and Seraphine.
Adjusted champion this patch is Azir.
System & Item Changes
Blue buff got a new buff, from 10 ability haste at all levels to 10 at level 1, 15 at level 6, and 20 at level 11.
Immortal Path, Midlane boot upgrade to Glutinous Greaves, received a nerf to the stats below 50% health, and the damage while above.
Protoplasm Harness got a cost increase and gives less heal and healing in early levels.
Hextech Rocketbelt gives less AP and more health and its build path is mostly health items, also has added 10 more seconds to its cooldown.
